• Make an appointment for in-home flooring selection

• In-home flooring consultation: During the appointment in your home together we explore, discover and design the right flooring solution for you. Room dimensions and flooring measurements are captured during this visit.

• After the design and measurement is completed your customized order is put into production. We keep you completely informed on this process and set up the time to install your flooring solution.

• On the installation day(s) our qualified install teams arrive at your home, and install your flooring solution, while making sure that disruption to you and your family is minimized.

• Upon completion we will make sure that we have met every expectation you have of us, and we will ask for feedback and comments so that we may serve you even better in the future.
